Excellent anti-virus product July 29, 2010

I have used Norton Anti-virus in the past in several different editions and it has not always been up to par with the competition.
In fact in the early first decade of 2000 it was a resource hog, and extremely hard to uninstall. Not so presently. It looks like their cover art is indicative of the fact that they have learned on the mistakes of the past to create a premium anti-virus product. The current Symantec Norton Anti-virus is lighter, swift, does not hog your resources in my experience.
I hope it keeps kicking butt and protecting our computers.
